Automatic Coffee Makers – a necessity of living!

Automatic coffee makers can sometimes even froth your milk. There are many advantages if you choose automatic but there also are drawbacks.

The coffee is always the same. Just set the grind setting and temperature and you’ll have the same coffee every time.

You can find most of the needed coffee filters in local stores.  Just about every coffee maker will take the standard coffee filter.  You will see that there are different brands and you can choose between the prices and what works best for you at the time. You may find that you have used different brands and you may like one better than the other.

There is nothing wrong with trying to have fun with your coffee maker.  Taste and fun go together with coffee!

Some coffee makers will call for a certain type of filter.  They may be more expensive than the other brands that are out on the market.  Sometimes, the cheaper ones will work just as well as the more expensive ones, and other times, the cheaper ones will just make a mess.  You do not want to have to deal with the messy after math of using the wrong coffee filter.

If there’s any auto frothing feature, you’re not messing about with milk jugs trying to get nice silky foam on your milk, everything is done for you.

Now, doesn’t that sound perfect? On the other hand, manual coffee machines allow you to play with more setting. How hard you tamp the ground coffee allows for subtly different flavors. Different ground settings on the separate grinder allow you to tweak the flow rates. You can froth for cappuccino or latte. You can make three different coffees with different bags of ground coffee. This is why caffeine lovers hate to see an automatic coffee machine for they can’t have other flavors they also love.
